Model 1 is a single-module, single-story casita — the most efficient footprint for a backyard guest house, rental, or first structure on raw land. Model 2 is a two-module, two-story build with additional bedrooms and living space. Model 3 is a three-module, two-story home with an upstairs patio for desert and mountain views. Each model can be specified with a slab or pier foundation, standard or upgraded finishes, and detachable storage.
